I've been eating better, and exercising rather sporadically. I'm moving in the right direction, so I'm just going to free-form it this week, too.
Yesterday (Sunday), I biked 4.86 miles, walked about 3 miles with my friend Thom, and later walked 0.7 miles with the dogs. I also stretched.
Today (Monday), I biked 2.50 miles and walked 0.7 miles with the dogs.
I can do better than I did today. I'd intended to start the day by stretching and then meditating, after which I was going to have written out my list of things to do for the day... but as soon as I got up I realized I was out of dog food, so I cycled off to get some dog food, and got right to work as soon as I got back. As usual, I felt like I was late for something all day, and that I was always overlooking some important something I was supposed to be doing.
Well, tomorrow is another day. And, one hopes, a better one.
